Matterhorn Hill is a 3-story house in Lake Arrowhead, just minutes from the lake, Santa’s Village, and all that Lake Arrowhead has to offer. The house sleeps up to 16 people in 13 beds. It has a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, enough room for 20 people to dine, and a host of other amenities. All you need to bring is your food and clothes. Everything else is provided. OK, you might need to bring your toys and games. The property is sloped with a hill that runs by the side of the house. We have sleds and toboggans available to use on the property in the winter.

There are four TV’s, one in the main living room with Spectrum cable box, one in the lower game room with Spectrum cable box, and one in each main floor bedroom with Spectrum apps.

The property includes parking for 6 cars, two on the upper deck and 4 in the rear accessible from the service road.  The house has a whole-house generator in case of power failure.

One of our favorite features is the hillside beside the house which allows for some fun sledding for the kids.  

For security purposes there are exterior ONLY cameras on the property.

Short 13 minute drive to ARROWHEAD VILLAGE.

Quick 16 minute drive to the New SANTAS VILLAGE (SKY ZONE)
